My wedding pictures are here!! I have been eagerly anticipating their arrival and today happiness arrived in my email inbox in the form of my full wedding gallery. So I'm going to go ahead and let you know the next several slices of my life will be full on wedding. I want to preserve and remember the day and all the feelings and little details and I don't want to cram it all in one. I started to just say to myself " I'll just do a quick highlight of a few pictures and that will be good," But you know what? I started trying to choose which pictures would be included and it was impossible to narrow it down! So today will be a highlight, just a quick teaser while I sort out all my favorites. But rest assured, or brace yourself, I will post plenty more.

Photos are all credit of Chris Isham and let me just say he is an absolute gem! Not only are his photos always stunning but he is so wonderful to work with too! He's so warm, and makes you feel at ease and not at all awkward.
One part of the day that was really special was getting to get a "first look" at our reception space. So much goes into planning and making a space and my planners at
Beckon were beyond phenomenal. I feel like they made everything I asked for and all the things I didn't even know I wanted happen. So before our ceremony started, before the space would be filled with guests, they brought us up for a sneak peek.

So up we went, hands held and eyes closed, ready for the big reveal.

And we were utterly blown away. I love that we're all still holding hands in this picture, I told my mom I think it looks like we might be ready to play a game of "red rover". And can we just talk about how my sweet husband's first response was to watch for my reaction? He knew how much had gone into planning and even though all those little details weren't as important to him, he knew they were to me.

I think this moment was particularly special for my mom and me because it was everything we had done over the last 7 months via zoom and phone calls and marathon vendor meeting weekends finally come to life, in front of us, for real, ready to celebrate. When we were all planning this day, there were a lot of times we didn't know what it would look like, if it could be everything I had hoped for.
But let me just tell you. It was even more.
